Family Broadband packages are available in ADSL, ADSL2+, FTTC and FTTP options depending on the status of the Exchange. There are many monthly download allowances available starting from 1GB to Unlimited and include an IP address.
Business Broadband packages are available in ADSL, ADSL2+, FTTC and FTTP options depending on the status of the Exchange. With many monthly download allowances available starting from 15GB to Unlimited and include an IP address.
PSTN Lines (Public Switched Telephone Networks) are available in Residential or Business options. In the case of both options we offer new line installation, migration of existing line and reactivation.
Also available are many additional features like Anonymous Call Reject, Caller Display, Call Barring and many more.
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is a method by which voice communications are sent back and forth via a Broadband connection. This system is growing in popularity and is a substitute for ISDN which is slowly being phased-out.
With this product there is no need for an onsite PBX (Private Branch Exchange) because this is all taken care of remotely, leaving you to get on with business. You can start with a single licence and simply add user licences as you requirements for phone extensions grow.
Each VoIP Hosted account includes one extension with a UK geographical (01/02) or non-geographical (0845/03) number and with the ability to have two simultaneous calls in progress. Other features included are Hunt Group, Call Queue and many more.
SIP (Session Initiated Protocol) trunk allows your IP-PBX to make calls to the Worldwide Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) via a Broadband connection. SIP and IP-PBX is a cost effective and feature rich system that allows you to make calls at a lower rate compared to traditional phone systems.
Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) phones allow you to roam around your premises sending and receiving phone calls without wires. These handsets use a dedicated frequency band that is less congested then other wireless technologies which allows for high quality audio and secure communication encryption.
These phones are suitable for an individual user to a medium-sized business and are designed for either the office or more demanding outdoor use.
